Alona Makouchev

It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Alona Makouchev in her 47th year. Alona went to be with her beloved Father in heaven on Tuesday December 2nd, 2025. She is the beloved wife of Igor, beloved mother of Samuel and David, dear sister of Oksana (Ilia) and daughter of Heorhiy Dutchak and Olga Makovi.

Visitation will be held at Mapleview Community Church, Barrie (300 Mapleview Drive W) on Sunday December 7th, 2025, from 4:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. and Monday December 8th, 2025, from 10:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. Funeral Service at Mapleview Community Church, Barrie on Monday December 8th, 2025, at 11:00 a.m. (reception to follow).

Interment at Innisvale Cemetery following the reception.
