(Elwood was the District Chief for the North York Fire Department from May 13th, 1963 until he retired January 31st, 1997.)
Elwood Williams passed away at Bradford Valley Long Term Care on Saturday September 18th, 2021. He was predeceased by his wife Eileen Rosemarie Williams (June 19th, 2021). A Celebration of Life for Elwood (Woody) and Eileen will be held next year in Tway, Saskatchewan. Cremation has taken place.
