James Archibald Neil Currie

James (Jim) Currie passed away on Monday March 24th, 2025 at the age of 87. Jim went peacefully home to be with his Saviour Jesus. Loving husband of Martha (Nee Saulters). Beloved father of Neil (Sylvia) and Mark (Janice). Proud grandfather of Christopher (Brianne), Matthew (Hailey), Ashley and Julie, and great-grandpa to Peyton and Brody. Cherished son of the late Archie and Gladys Currie. Predeceased by his adored sister Isobel and her husband Bill. Jim will be missed by his siblings Evelyn (Dan), Bob (Marion), Wallace (Christine), Bruce (Sarah deceased) as well as many nieces, nephews and special friends. 

Visitation will be held at Emmanuel Baptist Church, 374 Salem Rd, Barrie on Saturday April 5th, 2025 from 1:00p.m - 2:30p.m with the funeral service to follow at 3:00 p.m. Luncheon to follow. Spring interment.

John 3:16 says, "For God so loved the world that he gave his one and only Son, that whoever believes in Him shall not perish but have eternal life."
