Maureen (nee Simpson) Marshall

Maureen Marshall (nee Simpson) – (November 25, 1929 – February 21, 2021) Reenie passed away on Sunday February 21st at the Bob Rumball Home for the Deaf, Barrie. Predeceased by her husband John (1978),  son Johnny (2009), and daughter Karen (2015).  Survived by her daughter Liz (Robert Thompson) of  Phelpston.  Grandmother of 2  grandchildren, John Jennett of Oro-Medonte and Rebecca Sinclair (Cass) of Barrie and 4 great grandchildren,  Hadley and Maggie Jennett and Watson and Maxie Sinclair.  I would like to thank the staff at the Bob Rumball Home for the Deaf; nurses, RCA, dietary, laundry and especially the PSW’s who provided care daily through her humour, sarcasm, and sharp tongue.  Thank you to the BRHD management for working so hard for the last year to ensure that Covid-19 never entered the home.
