Sarah (Sarita) Adelaide Currie

Sarah (Sarita) Adelaide Currie  (December 16th, 1949  -  March 15th, 2022)  passed away with her family by her side at Royal Victoria Hospital, Barrie on Tuesday March 15th, 2022.  Sarah will be deeply missed by her husband Bruce Currie, her son Aaron and his wife Lauren and her siblings Sonya, Ralph, Kenneth and their families.  A complete funeral service will be held at St. Mary’s and St. Mina’s Orthodox Church,  (former Cookstown United Church) 37 Church Street, Cookstown. Saturday March 19th, 2022 at 3:00 p.m.   Visitation will begin at the church prior to the service at 2:00 p.m. Following the service a reception will be held at The Cookstown Library (20 Church St, Cookstown, ON L0L 1L0) all are welcome.  The Funeral Service for Sarah will be livestreamed on our website. (Masks are still required at the church)
